Accident Investigation

Bradley Environmental have a team of fully competent consultants able to undertake and Accident Investigation.

The investigation process for serious accidents will involve:

• Examination of the area where the accident took place (including taking measurements, photographs etc.);
• Examining relevant documentation;
• Taking witness statements;
• Preparing a full report identifying the root causes of the accident and any recommendations required.

The results of Accident Investigation may prove useful when defending any action taken by enforcement authorities, or defending against compensation claims.

Under RIDDOR Regulations 1995 (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations), serious accidents also have to be reported to the Health and Safety Executive.
