Asbestos Removal Operative Refresher Training Course

This course is designed for those persons who have been working within the asbestos industry, undertaking licensed asbestos removal and have attended the original Asbestos Removal New Operative Training Course or a previous refresher training course within the last 12 months.

This one day course builds upon the initial 3 day training Course and the practical experience gained by the operative on site.

It is vital to ensure all operatives are aware of any changes in regulations, best practices and new techniques whilst reaffirming information concerning health hazards and general site procedures.Please Note - If refresher training is not completed before the expiry date of the previous training, the the operative will need to be trained as a new operative to comply with regulations.

This course has been designed to provide theoretical and practical examples of best practice for licensable work with asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).

All delegates achieving a satisfactory standard in all practical and theoretical assessments for this course will receive the UKATA Registered Asbestos Removal Operative Refresher Training course certificate.

Attendees will also be issued with a wallet sized training identity card as proof of meeting the required standards.
