Due to an increasing workload we are currently seeking a tenacious and conscientious Legionella Remediation Engineer to join our team in Halesowen, West Midlands.

Roles and Responsibilities
The role will suit an ambitious candidate who wants to make their mark in the business playing a pivotal role in growing and developing this department within the business. The main duties associated with this role include:
- Customer facing role undertaking a range of Remediation & Plumbing works.
- Working from internal and external reports to rectify Legionella Remedials.
- Installation of new Hot water cylinders in accordance to G3 regulations.
- Identifying upselling opportunities from risk assessment reports including: Provision of Legionella Management Plans, Monthly Monitoring Programmes, Staff Training Requirements and Remediation Services.
- Complying at all times with company method statements, risk assessments, policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, welfare and security of all
- Assisting with the development and training of junior members of the team.
- Involvement with ongoing quality control requirements to maintain our LCA registration.
- Completing and signing all relevant paperwork to ensure all legislative, licensable and financial requirements are met.
- Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and hold recognised qualifications appropriate for the role, and be able to satisfy the following:
- Hold a full valid driving license.
- Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grade C or above.
- 2 years on site experience plumbing / legionella work.
- A suitable plumbing qualification(s)
- G3 Vented & Unvented
- Water Regulations
- Be able to demonstrate a good standard of computer skills.
- Be enthusiastic and ambitious with the desire to develop themselves and their team.
- Have experience of producing reports that comply with current legislation and guidance
- Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to Legionella related work.
- Delivering good customer service in a timely and professional manner.
- Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours.

- 40 hour working week, core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the clients).
