A vacancy has arisen in our Halesowen office for full time Training Co-ordinator due to an internal promotion.

Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves the co-ordination of the company’s external and internal training services including generating paperwork for courses, organising refreshments for courses, meeting and greeting delegates, liaising with technical staff and all other associated administrative duties. This is an exciting and demanding role and presents an excellent opportunity with scope to be developed by the right candidate.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate must possess administrative experience, preferably within a similar role and will have:

• Outstanding organisational skills and will have:
• An excellent communicator with the ability to deliver excellent customer service is a must.
• The ability to manage their own work load and work on own initiative
• The ability to work within and support a small team
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential
• Experience of active selling would be an advantage.

What We Can Offer You

The starting salary is £15,010.62 rising to £16,010.62 once fully trained. The hours of work are 37.5 per week 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday, 22 days’ holiday (long service award applies) plus 8 bank holidays, a company paid health and wellbeing plan (long service award applies) and company pension into which the company contribute 2% of qualifying earnings.
