One of our experts would carry out a desktop review of general management arrangements and performance history. Your assigned expert would then attend a one day meeting with the organisation’s senior management, using HSE’s ASB4 assessment reporting form and HSG65 as reference points for the meeting.
Following this, your assigned expert would produce an action plan report of the findings and submit to the organisation within five working days after the meeting.
