The site audit will cover all aspects of licensed asbestos removal work. The audit is designed to highlight and reduce potential issues which may result in an uncontrolled exposure incident or enforcement by the appropriate statutory bodies such as; HSE or Local Authority.
Our team of expert site auditors are available to carry out asbestos removal site audits. These can be provided in addition to the two audits required under the Site Audit Accreditation Scheme provided by ARCA and to the same high standard, across the UK.
The information gathered during the site audit will be presented in an electronic report format and will detail any issues which require attention and where improvements can be made.

Instructions to send suspected asbestos samples into us for analysis:
- Select the number of samples you require testing
- Dampen the sample area before disturbing it
- Break off a 2 - 3 inch square sized piece
- Double bag each sample in a clear polythene bag (grip lock) - Asbestos Self Sampling Kits are available
- Clearly label each sample bag with your name, address and where the sample was taken from (ie kitchen artex ceiling)
- Place all sample bags in a sturdy container or jiffy type bag
- Place in a second envelope and clearly mark it with “FTAO The Laboratory Manager”
- Send your samples to our nearest UKAS accredited asbestos testing laboratory
- Repair and seal sample site with duct tape or sealant
