Bradley Environmental will pay a one-off payment of up to £1,000 to qualified* candidates who apply directly to the company, who commence employment and are retained for a period of three months’ continuous service.

The payment will be made to the candidate (subject to Tax and NI) in the third or fourth pay period where the employee has completed 3 month’s service.

The company reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time, however the company will honour payments to any qualifying successful candidates who are in the recruitment process at the time of withdrawal. This does not apply to candidates that have previously worked for the company that wish to re-apply.

*Qualified candidates are defined as those that hold:

  • BOHS Proficiency Certificates or industry equivalent for Asbestos roles.
  • BOHS Proficiency Certificates or City and Guilds Qualifications for Legionella Risk Assessment (or industry equivalents).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma for Health and Safety Consultants (or industry equivalents).
