Bradley Environmental will pay a one-off payment of up to £1,500 to qualified* candidates who apply directly to the company, who commence employment and are retained for a period of three months’ continuous service.

The payment will be made to the candidate (subject to Tax and NI) in first full pay period.

If the candidate leaves (for any reason other than redundancy) before three months’ continuous service, then the company may claw back the payment from wages on the following slide scale:

  • Within 1 month of commencement - £1,500.00
  • Within 2 months of commencement - £1,000.00
  • Within 3 months of commencement - £500.00

Any employee who leaves after 3 months’ continuous service will not be liable to repay any of the incentive payment.

The company reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time, however the company will honour payments to any qualifying successful candidates who are in the recruitment process at the time of withdrawal.

*Qualified candidates are defined as those that hold:

BOHS Proficiency Certificates or industry equivalent for Asbestos roles.
BOHS Proficiency Certificates or City and Guilds Qualifications for Legionella Risk Assessment (or industry equivalents).
NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma for Health and Safety Consultants (or industry equivalents).
