Marketing Assistant Sarah joined us in September and will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team. We asked Sarah some questions about her previous experience and what she likes to do in her spare time.

Where did you work before and what was your job role?
Previously I worked for an estate agent as their Digital Marketing Apprentice. In this role, I was able to study and gain the essential skills to put into practice now I’m at Bradleys.

Tell us a little bit about your current job role at Bradleys?
As the Marketing Assistant, I work closely with the Sales and Marketing department to help raise the profile of the organisation through social media, mail campaigns, the website, Livechat and more. I will also be working a lot with content and I will be producing videos and imagery to use across our website and social media channels. The role is great because it allows me to explore my creativity and share what we do as a company with our clients.

How are you finding working at Bradleys?
I’m so grateful to be working at Bradleys! I am given regular support and opportunities to further my training and education of marketing, the team have been very welcoming, and I really appreciate it. 

How was the recruitment process? Would you recommend the company to others?
The whole process was simple and well-structured. The HR department were in regular contact with me from my initial interview invite, to my job offer and first day. This helped me feel prepared at every stage. From my short time with the company, I can only sing their praises and would recommend them to anyone currently looking to apply.

Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Most of my time outside of work, you’ll find me either watching Netflix and Disney+, working on my creativity through my passion for photography or planning my next trip to Disneyland!
