Due to an increasing workload we are currently seeking a tenacious and conscientious Legionella Quality Checker/ Report Verifier to join our team in Halesowen, West Midlands.

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for quality checking legionella reports undertaken and ensure all the contents and technical aspects are in accordance with current legislation, guidance and the company’s procedures. The successful candidate may also be required to offer administrative support to the Technical Managers and assist with dealing with client enquiries.

Person Specification

  • Legionella site experience required and a background working in the legionella industry
  • Hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Previous administrative experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • An excellent understanding of Health and Safety procedures in relation to Legionella risk assessments and remediation works  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be focused and competent and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently
  • Experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given
  • Excellent client liaison skills would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given

  • 40 hour working week, core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the clients).
