Kick start your career with a £4,000 joining fee!

Bradley Environmental will pay a signing on fee (or joining fee) of £4,000.00 to qualified* candidates who apply directly to the company, are offered a position, who commence employment and are retained for a minimum period of 12 months’ continuous service.

  • First Payment: £1,000 after completing 3 months of employment, provided no notice period has been served.
  • Second Payment: £1,000 after completing 6 months of employment, provided no notice period has been served.
  • Third Payment: £1,000 after completing 9 months of employment, provided no notice period has been served.
  • Final Payment: £1,000 after completing 12 months of employment.

All payments are subject to tax and national insurance contributions.

The company reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time, however the company will honour payments to any qualifying successful candidates who are in the recruitment process at the time of withdrawal.

Long term sickness and/or absence may be considered before awarding the incentive depending on the circumstance of the individual.

Please note that this incentive scheme does not apply to candidates that have previously worked for the company that wish to re-apply.

If the recipient resigns within the following periods, they will be required to repay the joining fee according to these terms:

Repayment Terms for Joining Fee:

  • Leaving within 0-6 months: 100% of the joining fee must be repaid.
  • Leaving within 6-12 months: 50-75% of the joining fee must be repaid.
  • Leaving within 12-18 months: 25-50% of the joining fee must be repaid.
  • After 18-24 months: No repayment is required.

Qualified candidates are defined as those that hold:

  • BOHS Proficiency Certificates or industry equivalent for Asbestos roles.
  • BOHS Proficiency certificates or industry equivalent for Occupational Hygiene roles
  • BOHS Proficiency Certificates or City and Guilds Qualifications for Legionella Risk Assessment (or industry equivalents).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma for Health and Safety Consultants (or industry equivalents).
  • Trainers who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years training experience with a UKATA or BOHS certified organisation.
  • Non-Licensed and Licensed Asbestos Removal qualifications plus at least 2 refresher courses for Removal Operative role
