How the £5,000 Joining Bonus Works
Eligible candidates can receive a total £5,000 Joining Bonus, paid in four instalments during their first year with Bradley Environmental Consultants:
- First payroll after joining – £2,000
- After 31 December 2026 – £1,000
- After 31 March 2027 – £1,000
- After 30 June 2027 – £1,000
All payments are subject to standard tax and National Insurance deductions.
To receive each instalment, employees must remain employed by Bradley Environmental Consultants and not be under notice on the relevant payment date.
Who Can Apply?
The joining bonus is available to full-time qualified professionals who apply directly to Bradley Environmental Consultants and successfully secure an eligible role.
- Join an eligible Bradley Environmental Consultants role: Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Trainer, Legionella Risk Assessor, Remedial Plumbers, Asbestos Removal Operatives
- Start employment between 1st August and 30th September 2026
- Meet the requirements of the Joining Bonus Scheme
Eligible former employees may also qualify, subject to scheme terms.
