Bradley Environmental Consultants will pay a joining fee of £2,000 to qualified candidates who apply directly, are offered a position and carry out 6 months of continuous service. The first payment of £1,000 will be made to the candidate after 3 months, followed by a second £1,000 payment after 6 months (pro-rata for part time staff).
Eligibility Criteria
Please note that the £2,000 joining fee is applicable to all qualified site based staff, bulk analysts and report verifiers (pro-rata for part time staff).
Qualified candidates are defined as those that hold:
- BOHS Proficiency Certificates or industry equivalent for Asbestos roles.
- BOHS Proficiency certificates or industry equivalent for Occupational Hygiene roles.
- BOHS Proficiency Certificates or City and Guilds Qualifications for Legionella Risk Assessment (or industry equivalents).
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma for Health and Safety Consultants (or industry equivalents).
- Trainers who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years training experience with a UKATA or BOHS certified organisation.
