What is Legionella?
At 20 - 45°C your water is at risk of Legionella bacteria growth. In the UK it’s a legal requirement for all businesses to have a Legionella and Water Hygiene Risk Assessment in place. Building owners and landlords have an obligation to undertake a Legionella and Water Hygiene Risk Assessment on all workplace buildings where there is a foreseeable risk of exposure to Legionella bacteria.
